INNOV8’s Signature Capture and Retrieval System, sign8, allows banks’ tellers/supervisors to verify customer signatures against those captured and stored in a signature database.

sign8 has two functions:

•	Signature Capture: To capture a customer’s signature and photograph for transaction validation.
•	Signature Retrieval: To enable your tellers/supervisors to retrieve and verify the customer signature while performing transactions.

sig8 is a truly unique system in that it is designed to work throughout a bank’s branch network rather than at single branch level; this means that customers’ signatures, photographs, or other forms of identification can be checked regardless of whether they are in their home branch or not. At deployment time, you can decide whether to store the signatures on a Main Signature Server (MSS) or at the branches where the customer ordinarily visits.

Sign8 can be installed along with T8’s state of the art branch banking platform (branch8), or easily integrated with the Bank’s existing systems, or installed as a stand-alone signature storage system.
