Prior to establishing T8, Stephen held various Senior Management positions with Commercial Bank of Oman (Muscat), Synectics Technologies Pvt. Ltd, (India) and Logica Offshore Services, (India). Stephen spent most of the early part of his career working his way up through various technical roles within BIS Banking Systems (now part of the Misys Group).

Stephen has extensive experience in building, deploying, supporting and selling Retail Banking systems throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Roopa Venkatesh, 38

Roopa is a unique combination of chartered accountant, qualified HR expert, certified ISO Auditor and accomplished Author.

Prior to co-founding T8, Roopa held senior management positions in various industry segments, straddling different roles and functions. Having been with Synectics Technologies P Ltd and then with Logica Synectics, she played an important part in bringing together both the companies, as well as managing the integration. She also played an important part in growing the staff strength of Logica Synectics at a scorching pace.

Playing an active role at the State Chartered Accountant Associations, she has authored books Attitudinal Focus as well as Success achievement.

Alan Prior, 55
Non Executive Director

Alan has been in the IT industry for 28 years with 25 years exclusively in Banking and Finance. He held a number of International Senior Managerial and Sales positions within BIS Banking Systems and Misys Retail Banking Systems, including long-term postings in USA, Australia, CIS and 13 years as Misys Regional Director in the Middle-East. Since leaving Misys, Alan has formed his own Banking System Solutions Group, Sentient International Business Solutions (SIBS) in Dubai, to bring sophisticated software solutions to the Middle East banking and finance market.
